GALT is led by Lee M. Hoffman, its President. It has been his leadership, expertise, imagination, and over 30 years of experience in the insurance industry that has enabled GALT to achieve its preeminent position in the Finance and Insurance segments of the Automotive, Powersports, Marine, Trailer, and RV industries.

Mr. Hoffman is a graduate of The Ohio State University, a former officer in the military during the Vietnam War, and has served on numerous insurance company advisory boards.

Mr. Hoffman leads a management team comprised of the Department Heads of the Service Contract Department, GAP Department, and Credit Life and Disability Department. Supporting the Operating Departments are the Accounting Department, Information Technology Department, and General Counsel´s Office.
